# GUNHEAD

> GUNHEAD is a Discord bot and website for the space game Star Citizen. The bot gives Discord servers and organizations (orgs) item search with vendor locations, player and org lookup, RSI handle verification with automatic roles, org member join/leave/rank tracking, crafting blueprint search, multi-org alliances, a spam bot trap, game server status alerts, hangar timers, audio and AI chat. The website (https://gunhead.space) adds player and org leaderboards and an FPS time-to-kill calculator.

### Item Search
Search any Star Citizen item – ships, vehicles, weapons, components and more – see which vendors sell it, and compare item stats side by side
  - `/find` - Search for any in-game item

### Player and org search
Look up any Star Citizen player or organization (org) from our player database without leaving Discord
  - `/player` - Search for player profile
  - `/org` - Search for organization info

### Verification checkpoint
Verify members' Star Citizen (RSI) handles and assign Discord roles automatically. The checkpoint generates a verification code for users to add to their Star Citizen profile bio via the "Start" button, while "Re-Check" refreshes role assignments for verified users using their stored handle. Upon verification, the bot assigns roles (e.g., verified, organization) based on server configuration and logs the event.

### Org member log
Log Star Citizen organization member changes in real time. Get automatic notifications when members join, leave, or change ranks. The bot continuously tracks your organization and sends updates to your configured channel.
  - `/watch <org_short>` - Enable member tracking for an org in this channel - use only your org's short name (SID)
  - `/watch stop` - Stop all active tracking on your server

### Crafter
Search Star Citizen crafting blueprints, the missions that reward them, the resources they require, and Wikelo recipes.

  - `/craft mission` - Find blueprints rewarded by a specific mission
  - `/craft resource` - Find blueprints that require a specific resource
  - `/craft wikelo` - Search for a Wikelo recipe by name

### Spam bot trap
Catch spam bots automatically with a dedicated trap channel. Anyone who posts there is treated as a compromised or automated account and is immediately softbanned (or banned), with an optional DM notice and a moderation log entry.
